Biography

I was born in Deming, New Mexico but grew up in Puerto Palomas, Chihuahua, a small border town in Mexico.  Growing up I was able to attend school in the United States by crossing the border everyday. When I was old enough to work, my father took me to work with him cleaning crop fields during the summer. Eventually, I graduated from Deming Early College High School in 2024. My experience growing up motivates me to pursue a higher education and get a better future for my family. Currently, I am enrolled at NMSU, pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering.
