Biography

I was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, but I grew up in Arrey, New Mexico. I graduated from Hot Springs High School in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. I’m currently a pre-nursing student and hope to become a nurse and specialize in labor & delivery. From a very young age, I started working in the fields alongside my family. Over the summer we would work in the fields picking onion and chile. My experience working in the fields is something that motivates me to keep working hard towards my education and mine and my family’s future. In 2022 I obtained my CNA license and worked in a nursing home. Working at a nursing home taught me the importance of all roles of any healthcare provider. Lastly, one of my favorite hobbies is going for walks in the afternoon, which I enjoy it because I get to watch the sunsets.
